Refund Policy

At Familia Design, we take pride in providing high-quality custom transfers and prints. Since all our items are made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. However, if there is a clear production error on our end, we will gladly remake your order at no additional cost.

What Qualifies as a Production Error?

We will only remake an order if there is a confirmed production defect, including:
✅ Incorrect design, size, or color due to printing mistakes.
✅ Missing or misprinted parts of the design.
✅ Severe quality defects that affect usability.

What Does NOT Qualify for a Remake?

🚫 Customer-provided designs with low resolution or transparency issues.
🚫 Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences.
🚫 Incorrect sizing or application errors made by the customer.
🚫 Orders with incorrect information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong file uploaded, incorrect dimensions selected).

How to Request a Remake

If you believe there was a production error, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the issue.
  • Your order number.
  • A brief explanation of the problem.

We do our best to ensure every product meets high standards. By placing an order, you agree to our no refund & no return policy, with remakes issued only for verified production errors.

Shipping Information

MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION AND ADRESS IS CORRECT. IF YOU INPUT THE WRONG ADRESS CONTACT US WITHIN 1 HR OF PLACING YOUR ORDER TO CORRECT ANY MISTAKES! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT/CHANGE OF ADRESS MADE BEFORE FINALIZED PURCHASES!

  • Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days after placing your order.
  • Custom orders will be 5-10 business days after placing your order.
  • Business Days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
  • Once order is ready for shipping you will receive an email update with your tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local USPS.

To avoid delivery problems, please check that the written address is correct before finalizing payment!

Artwork Submission Guidelines

Accepted Formats: PNG, SVG, PDF (Vector preferred)
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for sharp printing
Background: Transparent background is required for DTF & UV DTF prints
Color Mode: RGB or CMYK (DTF & sublimation prints may have slight color variations)

🚫 Not Accepted: Screenshots, low-resolution images, photos of drawings, or files with watermarks

How to order Custom Transfers

Step 1: Choose Your Transfer Type

Decide which type of custom transfer you need:

  • DTF Transfers (Direct-to-Film): Perfect for high-quality, full-color designs on apparel.
  • UV DTF Transfers: Great for hard surfaces like tumblers, cups, and acrylic.
  • Sublimation Transfers: Best for polyester fabrics and light-colored surfaces.

Step 2: Choose Your Size & Quantity

  • Select the size dimensions that match your project.
  • Choose the number of transfers you need (bulk discounts may apply!).

Step 3: Add to Cart & Checkout

  • Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your shipping details and payment information.
  • Review your order to ensure everything is correct.

Step 4: Email Designs

  • Email 300 DPI (PNG/SVG/PDF) to:
    Familiadesigns00@gmail.com
  • Please ensure all artwork is 300DPI/Clear background(if applicable)/ At the correct Size
