ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! No exceptions. Make sure you are doing your research on how to press, sublimate, or stick the transfers. We do offer tips on how we use our transfers but remember to use the correct machines & product. We have linked our amazon favorites for the products we use.

Conditions in which we give credit towards your next purchase or mail you new items:

• Our system failed to correctly have the items in stock
• The transfer was printed/cut incorrectly (ex: missing image/color or was not cut at all)
• Missing items from your order

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. WE SUGGEST YOU MAKE A CLAIM AT YOUR POST OFFICE (USPS). READ OUR SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR MORE DETAILS!
